Here is a cake created for a sweet sixteen party. French vanilla cake with a fresh lemon mousse covered in vanilla buttercream and gumpaste decorations. The Eiffel Tower was hand cut and painted with food coloring.

Musical Food

It may not be musical fruit, but who needs fruit when you can have cake. This guitar cake was mostly decorated in buttercream, with fondant accents.

Fun with Cupcakes

I love cupcakes. They are fun, personal, and can be designed to match any theme. The cupcakes in the photo above, are white chocolate peppermint.

Megan

This is a Chai Spice Cake with Chai Cream Cheese Filling and Whipped Cream Frosting. The wooden planks are made of chocolate while the duck and bar of soap are molded fondant.
